Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the pears in half and remove the cores.
- In a bowl, combine blue cheese, walnuts, honey, and thyme.
- Stuff the pear halves with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed pears on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
