- 1 cup blistered green beans
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the blistered green beans and corn to the egg mixture, and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe skillet.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the frittata is set and lightly golden.
