Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add milk gradually, stirring until just combined.
  4. Turn dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, and roll out to 1 inch thickness. Cut into rounds.
