- 4 sesame seed burger buns
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and mix well.
- Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Toast the burger buns and assemble by placing the sloppy joe mixture on the bottom bun, then topping with cheese, bacon, and pickles.
- Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
