- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 6 tortillas, cut into strips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
- Add chicken ham, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning; mix well.
- Layer half of the mixture in a baking dish, add half the cheese and half the tortilla strips.
- Repeat layering with the remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.

- This casserole can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
