- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the meat mixture until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, increase the cayenne pepper.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
