- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Serve the stroganoff over the egg noodles.

- For a thicker sauce, let it simmer longer before serving.
