Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned.
- Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream until well combined.
- Add the cooked noodles and turkey bacon back into the skillet. Mix well and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of butter to the skillet after browning the beef.
- Serve over mashed potatoes for a different twist.
