- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Place the filled jalapeños on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- For extra heat, keep some jalapeño seeds.
- These poppers can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
