- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the glutinous rice flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add the water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.

- For a richer flavor, consider adding a pinch of espresso powder to the batter.
