Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- Cook the bacon in a separate skillet until crispy.
- Toast the bread to your liking.
- Spread chipotle mayo on one slice of bread.
- Add bacon, caramelized onions, and greens on top.
- Top with the second slice of bread and cut in half to serve.
