- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups beer
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, combine the beer and heavy cream over medium heat.
- Gradually stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked macaroni and mix until well combined.
- In a separate pan, combine the breadcrumbs, crumbled turkey bacon, paprika, and garlic powder, then toast until golden.
- Serve the mac and cheese topped with the spicy breadcrumb mixture.

- This dish can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Add extra cheese for a creamier texture.
