- 2 pounds beef tips
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons water
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the beef tips over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in the beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth.
- Stir the cornstarch mixture into the gravy and cook until thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Serve over mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be reheated on the stove or in the microwave.
