Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spoon the sauce over the salmon, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

- You can adjust the level of heat by modifying the amount of Sriracha.
