Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread the sauce mixture evenly over the salmon.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add more Sriracha to the sauce.
- Serve with rice or a side salad for a complete meal.
