Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to the bananas. Mix until combined.
- If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
