Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas thoroughly.
  3. Add rolled oats, honey, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas, mixing until well combined.
  4. If desired, stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For extra sweetness, add a little more honey.
