Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking pans.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mash bananas and mix in vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix well.
- Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cakes cool, then layer with whipped cream and banana slices.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a bit of nutmeg to the batter.
