- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs, mixing well.
- Stir in the mashed bananas until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Roll out the dough and spread cream cheese evenly on top.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and roll the dough tightly.
- Slice the roll into 10 pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- For extra flavor, add chopped walnuts or chocolate chips into the roll.
