Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken, making sure it’s well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the balsamic mixture for a few hours.
