- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup blueberries (or other berries)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine oats, protein powder, eggs, milk, baking powder, vanilla, and salt; blend until smooth.
- Fold in the berries gently.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Can be served warm or cold.
