- 4 croissants
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 6 slices chicken ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté turkey bacon until crispy.
- Slice croissants in half and spread Dijon mustard on the insides.
- Layer turkey bacon and chicken ham on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the ham and bacon.
- Top with the other half of the croissant and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and croissants are golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
- Add herbs or spices to the cheese for extra flavor.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute turkey bacon with a plant-based alternative.
