- 4 fillets salmon
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and dill.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the Dijon mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides.

- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before baking.
