- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken thigh into the hot honey, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and crispy.
- Drizzle additional hot honey on top before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the chicken by dipping it back into the hot honey and then the breadcrumbs again.
- Adjust the amount of hot honey to increase or decrease the spice level.
