Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the bread and diced apples.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered bread and apples.
- Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with maple syrup for added sweetness.
- Can be made the night before and refrigerated.
