- 4 slices bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups diced potatoes

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes and onions. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet with the potatoes, scramble them gently until cooked through.
- Chop the cooked bacon and return it to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
