- 1 flatbread
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Spread the shredded chicken evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with avocado slices and sprinkle with cheese and red onion.
- Drizzle lime juice over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.

- Can be made gluten-free by using a gluten-free flatbread.
