Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In an oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced apple and sauté until just tender.
- Pour the batter over the apples and sprinkle the crumbled turkey bacon on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
