- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs

- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, rolled oats, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
- Fold in diced apples and raisins.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and dot the top with butter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the mixture is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

- This dish can be served warm or cold.
- For extra sweetness, add more maple syrup or brown sugar.
