Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, grated apple, sugars, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin and fill each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
