Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, and milk until well blended.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before drizzling with the glaze made from powdered sugar and milk.
