- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and onions.
- Carefully place one tortilla in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute before slicing.
- Repeat with the second tortilla.
