- 1 cup sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 sheet nori
Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a saucepan, combine rice and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for another 10 minutes.
- Stir in the rice vinegar to the cooked rice.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In the air fryer basket, arrange the turkey bacon and cook until crispy, about 10 minutes. Remove and chop.
- On a sheet of nori, spread a layer of sushi rice and top with turkey bacon, cucumber, avocado, and cream cheese.
- Carefully transfer the sushi pizza to the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes until everything is warmed through.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings such as sesame seeds or spicy mayo.
- Leftover sushi rice can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
