Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in chocolate chunks.
- Form dough into balls and place them onto the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 320°F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before sandwiching with additional frosting or filling of your choice.
Notes
- For best results, chill the dough for 30 minutes before air frying.
- Feel free to add nuts or spice variations.
