Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness and serve hot.
