Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in Italian dressing before coating.
- Serve with a side of pasta or salad for a complete meal.
