- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- For additional flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours before coating.
