- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup molasses
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and molasses to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
- Store bars in an airtight container for up to five days.
