- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 6 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped eggs, turkey bacon, mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled macaroni and green onions to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce.
- Can be made a day in advance for best flavor.
