- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt.
- Add water and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into your air fryer pan to form the crust.
- Spread pizza sauce over the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Add sliced pepperoni.
- Cook in the air fryer at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or crushed red pepper flakes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
