- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup buttermilk
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, and buttermilk.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then gently fold in cranberries.
- Spoon the batter into muffin cups or silicone molds, filling them halfway.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add orange zest to the batter.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket.
