Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, and buttermilk.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then gently fold in cranberries.
  5. Spoon the batter into muffin cups or silicone molds, filling them halfway.
  6. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
