Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  2. Stir in the melted butter.
  3. Mix in the baking soda and salt.
  4. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  5. Stir in the flour until just combined, then fold in the walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  8. Air fry for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
