- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Mix in the baking soda and salt.
- Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Stir in the flour until just combined, then fold in the walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Air fry for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding chocolate chips or more nuts.
- Do not overmix the batter.
