Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, vegetables, olive oil, and seasonings. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the vegetables to the basket and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Check that the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is fully cooked.
  6. Remove from air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adding lemon juice before serving enhances the flavor.
  • Feel free to substitute vegetables based on your preference.
