- 1 pound chicken breast
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, vegetables, olive oil, and seasonings. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the vegetables to the basket and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check that the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is fully cooked.
- Remove from air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adding lemon juice before serving enhances the flavor.
- Feel free to substitute vegetables based on your preference.
