- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt to form a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, coating well.
- Arrange the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray with olive oil and air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- Remove the florets, toss them in buffalo sauce, and return them to the air fryer.
- Air fry for an additional 5 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the cauliflower in buffalo sauce before frying.
- Adjust the spice level by using mild or hot buffalo sauce.
