Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the oats, diced apples, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the egg and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small cookies and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
