- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, and fajita seasoning.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve in tortillas with salsa.
