- 1 pound chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Turn on the Instant Pot and set it to sauté mode. Add olive oil, onions, and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add diced chicken, salt, pepper, and paprika; sauté until chicken is browned.
- Stir in jasmine rice and chicken broth.
- Seal the Instant Pot lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once done, release the pressure, and stir in frozen peas.
- Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
