Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in ground turkey, cooking until browned.
- Add diced bell pepper and spices, stirring well.
- Add riced cauliflower and mix thoroughly.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
- Garnish with green onions and cilantro before serving.
